We make all our wines with the grapes we grow in our own vineyards in Paraje Altamira. We like fresh, elegant and complex wines that quench thirst. We look for wines that can reflect our home, without make-up and such as they are.
To accomplish that, our work focuses on the vineyards. The work done in the cellar is limited to leading our grapes to the bottle with a gentle and soft hand.
We perform soft extractions, ferment with indigenous yeasts, using scant wood and keeping the sulfites to the minimum possible.
