All our wines are made exclusively with grapes sourced from our vineyards in Paraje Altamira.

We think about wines from their agricultural beginnings. Production means minimum intervention, fermentations with native yeasts and with nothing added other than low sulfite doses.

We use small fermentation and ageing vessels so as to produce single lot and micro-lot vintages that can be traced from harvest to bottling.

Fincas

Finca (vineyards) wines are selected from plots with calcareous soils that give us vintages with a unique identity and character that transcend varieties.

Both our farms are represented by two types of limestone. Las Piedras is a Malbec made from Caliche Blanco (white sedimentary rock). At Perico we have a white and a red, both on Caliche Rosa (pink sedimentary rock).

Varieties

The Varietals express the identity of Paraje Altamira and its heterogeneous soils through different grape varieties: Malbec, Sémillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pet Nat.
